Due to unforeseen changes in the climatic conditions within the Lamu Special Economic Zone area, the client (LCDA), has made adjustments in the Bill of Quantities in the above named Tender specifically Bill No. 5 and 8.
You are therefore requested to take note of the changes as contained in the new Bill of Quantities attached herein (Addendum II).
It is clarified that the Registration Category Required for this Tender is National Construction Authority (NCA 4) for Roads.
As a result of this revision of Bill of Quantities, the tender closing date is further extended to Friday 17th May 2024 at 10.00am in order for Bidders to make the necessary correction to their bids.
